1. Informational use only
Fansion Sports provides fan game guides and related information for informational and educational purposes only. Content about stadiums, free parking tips, tailgating, after-game places, bags, transit, culture, tickets, schedules, and similar topics is general guidance. It is not professional, legal, safety, security, or travel advice.
Rules, prices, hours, lot policies, transit schedules, security practices, and event details change without notice. Always verify critical information with official team, venue, transit, and ticket sources before you travel or spend money.
2. No official affiliation
Fansion Sports is an independent fan product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any professional sports league, team, stadium operator, municipality, transit agency, or ticket marketplace. Names and marks appear for identification and fan education only.
3. Limitation of liability — important
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fansion, Fansion Sports, and their owners, operators, authors, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any loss, injury, damage, cost, claim, or expense arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any content, including without limitation:
- Tickets and pricing — third-party ticket changes, cancellations, sold-out events, price swings, fees, counterfeit tickets, marketplace disputes, or seat location issues.
- Parking and vehicles — towing, tickets, fees, lot closures, incorrect free-path assumptions, theft, break-ins, vandalism, or damage to vehicles or property.
- Safety and security — personal safety, crime, crowd incidents, weather, travel accidents, or venue security outcomes. You are solely responsible for your safety and that of your group.
- Transit and logistics — delayed or canceled trains/buses, route changes, missed connections, or traffic.
- Merch and third-party shops — products, shipping, returns, or account issues on Fanatics or any other external store (including our creators storefront links).
- Accuracy — outdated, incomplete, or incorrect guide content despite good-faith efforts.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
4. Third-party links and merch
Links to Fanatics, ticket sites, maps, transit agencies, and other third parties are for convenience. We do not control those services. Your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We may earn commissions or other compensation from qualifying purchases (including Fanatics creators links). That does not change the “as is” nature of our guides or create any warranty about third-party products.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms the service, or claim official affiliation with Fansion, any league, or any team.
